The Film Club has made a powerful anti smoking film as part of the Irish Cancer Society- X-Hale Competition. The competition, which tries to inform young people about the impact of smoking, sees films from youth groups throughout the country competing for viewers on youtube in an attempt to promoting the Irish Cancer Society's anti-smoking campaign. The group with the most views is rewarded with new film equipment for their project. The entire film, and the music within the film, has been produced and edited by young people working with the Youth department of St. Andrew's Resource Centre.
