The start of the organisation of the South Docks Festival gets underway next week in St. Andrews Reousrce Centre. The first festival meeting of the year will be held at 1.00 in room three. All members of the local community are welcome to attend and contribute ideas feedback and or volunteer to help. The South Docks is organised by the residents of Westland Row and City Quay.
