The People of Westland Row Before and After James Joyce- A Lecture

"The People of Westland Row before and after Joyce" is a lecture organised by St. Andrew's Resource Centre and Trinity College Dublin and will be delivered by W. J. McCormack.

W.J. McCormack is one of Ireland's leading literary historians and critics. Formerly Professor of English at Goldsmith College, London, he is the author of many books, the most recent of which is "Dublin 1916: The French Connection". Writing as Hugh Maxton he is a distinguished poet whose most recent collection is entitled "Same Bridges Perhaps: And Other Fugitive Poems".

 

The event will be held in the Waterways Ireland Centre, Grand Canal Dock from 1pm. This is a free event and all are welcome.
